Adults and children 6 years of age and older :
Chew and allow to dissolve.
Take tablets between meals.
Prior to physical exertion :
1 chewable tablet, the day before or immediately prior to exertion.
During physical exertion :
1 chewable tablet every hour.
After physical exertion :
1 chewable tablet every hour until improvement.
Do not exceed 10 chewable tablets per day.

- Arnica montana 9 CH
- Sarcolacticum acidum 3 CH
- Zincum oxydatum 3 CH
Non-medicinal ingredients
- D-glucose monohydrate
- Lactose monohydrate
- Magnesium stearate
- Citric acid monohydrate
- Natural lemon flavor
If symptoms persist or worsen for more than 3 days, consult a health care practitioner.
Notice for diabetics: This product contains 1.6 g of glucose per tablet.
