You will be aware that some people will be more relieved of their pain and\/or fever by acetaminophen (e.g. Tylenol) while others will respond better to ibuprofen (e.g. Advil). Everyone is right because people know each other well. For example, consider the case of a person who feels a burning sensation in the throat, but is relieved by a warm liquid. This may seems a bit particular but is nevertheless true for some people. It is their individual reaction to the disease.
